How the practice works

These are the terms on which saswatlife works with you. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Using this website or working with the practice means you accept them.

What saswatlife is

saswatlife is a communication coaching practice run by Natraj Thapa, based in Assam, India. It offers coaching and related materials for professional communication. It does not offer therapy, medical care, or legal advice, and nothing here should be taken as any of those.

The First Call

The First Call is a fifteen minute conversation with no fee attached. Its purpose is to locate where your communication breaks down and to explain the next step, The Diagnosis, including its fee. The First Call carries no obligation in either direction: you are free to go no further, and the practice reserves the same freedom where it is not the right fit.

The Diagnosis and further work

The Diagnosis is the first paid step of the work. Its scope, deliverable, and fee are explained on The First Call and confirmed in writing on WhatsApp before any payment is made. Further engagement beyond The Diagnosis is by application and mutual agreement, on terms confirmed at that stage.

Payment

Fees are confirmed in writing before payment, and payment details are shared directly on WhatsApp. A step of the work begins once its fee is received.

Rescheduling

Life happens. A scheduled call can be moved without any consequence with at least 24 hours notice, sent on WhatsApp. With less notice, rescheduling remains possible at the discretion of the practice.

Refunds and cancellation

If you cancel The Diagnosis before the work has begun, the fee is refunded in full. Once the diagnostic work has begun or the written deliverable has been sent, the fee is not refundable, because the work it paid for has been done. Any exception is at the discretion of the practice.

Materials

Documents, drills, and other materials shared with you are for your personal use. They remain the intellectual property of saswatlife and may not be republished, resold, or redistributed in any form. Sharing a document privately with a colleague who might need it is human and fine. Stripping the name off it is not.

Honest limits

Coaching is work done together. The practice commits its full attention and method; results also depend on your own practice and circumstances, so no specific outcome is promised. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of the practice is limited to the fee paid for the step of work concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
