The Atelier
Everything the Gym has, plus the part of the work that cannot be done alone. A limited number of people at a time, by application, after a Diagnosis.
What it adds
The Gym and the Atelier run the same remedy for the same dimension. The difference is not content and it has never been content. It is attention, and attention is the thing that does not scale.
Live correction
The hours where the work is watched.
Step three of the five is Recalibrate, and it is the step almost nobody can do on themselves, because the setting that needs moving is invisible from the inside. Here it is moved while you are still in the room.
Written feedback
After the hour, not during it.
What was seen, what changed since last time, and the one thing to hold until the next. Written, so it survives the week rather than the evening.
Personal reports
Where you actually are.
Your sub-dimension, your gap type, what has moved and what has not, and an honest account of the parts that are not moving. Sent to you, and kept.
Observation from outside
The three dimensions you cannot self observe.
Nobody hears their own pace, sees their own stillness, or watches a face while they are still talking. Delivery, Presence and Connection are read from outside or they are not read at all. That is the whole argument for a room.
How it runs
Your dimension, your sub-dimension, and your gap type are already named before you arrive, because The Diagnosis comes first. The Atelier does not spend its hours locating anything. It spends them correcting.
Between the hours, the drills run on your own time exactly as they do in the Gym, and the days are counted the same way. In the hours, the work goes under people and a clock through exercises, quizzes, and games. What happens in a session is written out here.
It is small by choice and it will stay small. Every hour is mine. There is no faculty, no cohort, and nobody the work is handed to.
How entry works
By application, and only after a Diagnosis. That is not a formality. An application before a Diagnosis is an application to work on something nobody has looked at yet, and I would be agreeing to correct a break I have not seen.
Applications are answered personally, usually within a day. The answer is sometimes that this is not the right room, in which case I say so and say what would be, and the same remedy remains open to you on your own time.
