Refunds and cancellations

Plain rules, handled personally

Everything saswatlife sells is a service or a digital product, delivered online or in person. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery timelines to wait on.

The First Call

The First Call carries no fee, so there is nothing to refund. It can be rescheduled or cancelled on WhatsApp at any time.

The Diagnosis and coaching work

If you cancel before the work has begun, the fee is refunded in full. Once the diagnostic work has begun or the written deliverable has been sent, the fee is not refundable, because the work it paid for has been done. Any exception is at the discretion of the practice.

Digital products and materials

A document or digital product is considered delivered when it has been sent to you. Once delivered, it is not refundable. If a file arrives damaged or is not what was agreed, say so and it will be made right.

Rescheduling

A scheduled call or session can be moved without any consequence with at least 24 hours notice, sent on WhatsApp. With less notice, rescheduling remains possible at the discretion of the practice.

How to ask

Message the number you have been working with on WhatsApp, or write to mail@saswatlife.com. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the payment method it came from within 7 working days.
