saswatlife (Udyam registration UDYAM-AS-12-0004683) is a micro enterprise in India. These terms cover the saswatlife website and app.

Each store on saswatlife runs as a separate system with its own data. You sign in to each store separately with Google sign-in.

Each store sells to you directly and is responsible for its products, services and prices. saswatlife provides the app and runs each store's system.

Who we are

This website and the saswatlife apps are operated by saswatlife, a micro enterprise registered in India under the MSME Udyam scheme.

saswatlife is a sole proprietorship owned by Natraj Thapa.

Using saswatlife

The saswatlife app is for Android. The website can be used without an account.

You must be 18 or older to use saswatlife.

You agree to give accurate information to the stores you use.

We may suspend or end your access to saswatlife, or a store may block you from its store, if:

  • you break these terms;
  • you use saswatlife for fraud or anything unlawful;
  • your use harms other people, stores or saswatlife; or
  • the law requires it.

You can stop using saswatlife at any time by uninstalling the app. You can also delete your account at any store while the store is active. Your orders and bookings stay with the store as its records of its sales, kept only as long as the law requires. See Delete your data.

Stores are independent

Each business on saswatlife — a "store" — runs as a separate system with its own data. You sign in to each store separately with Google sign-in. There are no passwords. One store cannot see which other stores you use.

When you order or book, you are dealing with the store, not with saswatlife. The store is the seller or service provider. It is responsible for its products and services, prices, availability, quality, delivery, and for handling your orders, bookings, cancellations and refunds.

saswatlife provides the app and runs each store's system. We are not a party to your order or booking, and we do not sell, deliver or guarantee any store's products or services.

A store may become unavailable, for example if it closes or its business does not pay saswatlife. What happens to your data there is set out in the privacy policy.

Orders, bookings and payments

You pay the store directly, using the payment methods that store accepts. saswatlife does not collect, hold or process payments for orders or bookings.

Prices, taxes, delivery charges and payment terms are set by each store and shown by the store.

Your conduct

When you use saswatlife, don't:

  • give false details, or use someone else's name, email or phone number;
  • place fake orders or bookings, or abuse or harass stores or their staff;
  • use saswatlife for anything unlawful;
  • try to access another person's data or another store's system;
  • copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or disrupt the app, the website or any store's system.

If you break these rules, we or the store may suspend your access, as described in Using saswatlife.

Our name and mark

saswatlife is a registered trademark in India (registration no. 6334402, Class 35). The saswatlife name and mark may not be used without our written permission.

Limits of liability

We work to keep saswatlife available, accurate and secure, but we provide it as it is and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Each store is responsible for its own products, services and information. saswatlife is not responsible for what a store sells or does, or for disputes between you and a store. If something goes wrong with an order or booking, contact the store first. If that doesn't resolve it, see the Contact page.

To the extent the law allows, saswatlife is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app or the website.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at Golaghat, Assam have jurisdiction over any dispute.

This does not affect your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last updated.

If we make a significant change, we will show a notice on this page and in the app before the change takes effect. If you keep using saswatlife after that, the updated terms apply.
