In short

If something has gone wrong and writing to us has not settled it, you can raise a formal complaint with our grievance officer.

We acknowledge every complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days.

You'll get an automatic acknowledgement as soon as we receive your email, on any day. Complaints that arrive outside working hours are handled from the next working day.

If you're not satisfied with the outcome, you can take it further, as explained below.

Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm IST, except public holidays

How to raise a complaint

Write to grievance@saswatlife.com and include:

  • your name
  • a phone number or email address we can reply to
  • the name of the store, if the complaint is about a store
  • the order or booking details, if there are any
  • what happened

You can write in English or Hindi. Please don't include bank or card details.

What happens next

We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receiving it.

We aim to resolve it within 15 days. If a complaint is about a store, we contact the store and follow up until it is settled or we can explain why it can't be.

We tell you the outcome in writing, at the email or phone number you gave us.

If you're not satisfied

If you're not satisfied with our response, or you don't hear back within 15 days, you can:

  • For a problem with an order, booking or service: call the National Consumer Helpline on 1915, or file a complaint with a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including online through the e-Daakhil portal.
  • For a problem with your personal data: approach the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
