The drills

Delivery

Breath and speech

Let the breath carry the sentence rather than the throat.

The gapRunning out of air mid sentence, and pushing from the throat to finish it.

Delivery · Skill gap · 10 minutes · on your own

When to use it

Daily, and before anything long.

The steps

  1. Sit or stand as you would to speak.
  2. Breathe low and slowly, six times, without forcing it.
  3. Say one sentence on one breath.
  4. Say a longer one, and mark where you would take the next breath.
  5. Read a paragraph, breathing at the marks rather than where you run out.
  6. Notice what changed in the last three words of each sentence.

You know it worked when

Sentences end with air left, and the voice is not tired afterwards.

What else it works, and why

Presence
Breathing directly governs physical regulation and readiness.

Which drill is yours, in what order and at what dose, is not something a page can tell you. That is what a Discovery Call is for.
