The steps
- Stand or sit where you will speak from.
- Put your attention on the contact with the ground or the chair.
- Let go of the tension you are not using.
- Take one controlled breath.
- Let the body become still.
- Look at the listener.
- Say the first sentence.
- Continue without rushing.
