Observation and recalibration
Playback
Hear the pattern you cannot hear while speaking.
The gapHabits that are invisible from the inside.
When to use it
Weekly.
The steps
- Record a natural communication.
- Watch or listen once without judging.
- Watch again, looking only for the target behaviour.
- Write three observations.
- Choose one correction.
- Do it again.
- Compare the two versions.
You know it worked when
Observation produces one specific behavioural adjustment.
What else it works, and why
- Message
- Playback exposes unclear structure, repetition and gaps.
- Presence
- You can see the visible nervousness, hesitation and tension.
- Connection
- It reveals behaviour that changes how a listener experiences you.
In the daily practice
Self awareness comes from seeing the recording, not from remembering the event.
Which drill is yours, in what order and at what dose, is not something a page can tell you. That is what a Discovery Call is for.
