A worked example
Earlier in my career I over explained technical issues. I realised senior stakeholders needed the business implication first. I have been practising executive summaries and leading with the decision required. My updates are significantly shorter now.
What usually goes wrong
A strength wearing a weakness costume. Everybody in the room has heard I work too hard.

A framework tells you what shape the answer takes. It cannot tell you whether shape is what you are short of, and for most people it is not. Which one is yours, and whether a framework is the right instrument at all, is what a Discovery Call is for.
