Answer architecture
Answer the question first and explain second.

When to use it
Interviews, reviews, and anywhere you are asked a direct question.
The steps
- Receive the question.
- Pause.
- Identify what is actually being asked.
- State the direct answer first.
- Give the reason.
- Add evidence or an example if it is needed.
- End with the implication or the next step.
- Stop.
You know it worked when
You answer, then expand.
What else it works, and why
- Intent
- You must answer what the question actually requires.
- Delivery
- The structure has to be communicated, not merely held in your head.
- Presence
- You have to stay composed while building and delivering the answer.
If it did not work
If answers stay unclear, work out whether the problem is interpreting the question, structuring the message, the knowledge itself, delivery, or pressure, rather than calling it speaking skill.
