Work on my communication

The drills

Pressure and performance

Constraint

Keep the objective when the resources are removed.

The gapCommunication that needs its usual conditions.

Message · Skill gap · 15 minutes · on your own

When to use it

Weekly.

The steps

  1. Choose a message.
  2. Apply one constraint: thirty seconds, ten seconds, one sentence, no jargon, no slides, no preparation.
  3. Communicate.
  4. Review what was lost.
  5. Repeat with a different constraint.

You know it worked when

The essential objective survives the constraint.

What else it works, and why

Intent
A constraint forces you to decide what is essential.
Delivery
Less time or fewer words changes how it must be delivered.
Presence
Constraints create pressure and test composure.

Which drill is yours, in what order and at what dose, is not something a page can tell you. That is what a Discovery Call is for.
