When to use it

The steps
- Record a two minute explanation.
- Review it, and remove the repetition.
- Remove the unnecessary context.
- Remove the filler explanations and the tangents.
- Reduce it to sixty seconds.
- Reduce it to thirty.
- Reduce it to one sentence.
- Compare all four versions.
You know it worked when
