The drills

Message and thinking

Sequencing

Choose the order the information arrives in.

The gapBuilding to the conclusion in a room where the listener decides early.

When to use it

When the same explanation lands differently with different people.

The steps

  1. Write five pieces of information.
  2. Arrange them in the order you would normally use.
  3. Create a second sequence.
  4. Create a third, based on what the listener needs first.
  5. Deliver all three briefly.
  6. Compare which produced the clearest understanding.

You know it worked when

You choose the sequence rather than inheriting it from your own thinking.

What else it works, and why

Intent
Different intentions need different orders.
Connection
The order may be decided by what the listener needs first.

Which drill is yours, in what order and at what dose, is not something a page can tell you. That is what a Discovery Call is for.
