A worked example
We want to be the fastest service team in our market. That matters because response time is becoming the differentiator. We get there through automation and clearer ownership. Each person owns one part of that.
What usually goes wrong
Stopping at the vision. A vision with no role attached is a poster.
Mostly serves Intent, and reaches into Connection.
A framework tells you what shape the answer takes. It cannot tell you whether shape is what you are short of, and for most people it is not. Which one is yours, and whether a framework is the right instrument at all, is what a Discovery Call is for.
