When to use it

At the start and end of working on one thing.

The steps

  1. Record the original performance.
  2. Identify one target gap.
  3. Train the correction.
  4. Record the same communication again.
  5. Compare across intent, message, delivery, presence and connection.
  6. Identify what changed.
  7. Identify what did not.

You know it worked when

You and anybody watching can see one specific behavioural difference.

What else it works, and why

Intent
It compares intended performance across attempts.
Message
It shows the change in clarity and structure.
Delivery
It shows the change in vocal and expressive behaviour.
Presence
It shows the change in state and physical behaviour.
Connection
It allows the listener's response to be compared.

Which drill is yours, in what order and at what dose, is not something a page can tell you. That is what a Discovery Call is for.
