The gapA skill that is actually a script.
When to use it
Once the behaviour works once.
What you need
Five scenarios prepared in advance.
The steps
- Choose one target skill.
- Create five different scenarios.
- Perform the skill in the first.
- Move immediately to the second.
- Continue through all five.
- Identify which contextual change affected the performance.
You know it worked when
The skill transfers rather than depending on a familiar script.
Why all five, and not one
- Intent
- The objective has to survive everything else that is happening.
- Message
- What is said has to keep its structure while the rest moves.
- Delivery
- How it is expressed has to hold under the same conditions.
- Presence
- The state it is expressed from has to stay steady.
- Connection
- It still has to reach the person in front of you.
Which drill is yours, in what order and at what dose, is not something a page can tell you. That is what a Discovery Call is for.
