Why that order
Repair is a capability rather than an apology. Naming the breakdown yourself is what makes the correction land as clarification instead of as a retreat.
A worked example
I think I communicated that poorly earlier. What I meant was that we need more testing, not that your work was inadequate. Does that clarify it?

A framework tells you what shape the answer takes. It cannot tell you whether shape is what you are short of, and for most people it is not. Which one is yours, and whether a framework is the right instrument at all, is what a Discovery Call is for.
