A worked example

When you say the dashboard needs to be real time, what response time are you expecting? Are you looking for updates within seconds, or within a few minutes? So we are aligned on a five minute maximum refresh.

You have it right when

The confirmation is explicit and can be quoted later.

Mostly serves Message, and reaches into Connection.

A framework tells you what shape the answer takes. It cannot tell you whether shape is what you are short of, and for most people it is not. Which one is yours, and whether a framework is the right instrument at all, is what a Discovery Call is for.
